Sorry folks it's been a while since I've been around this place.
The new Quarter After record, Changes Near, is most definitely coming out- it shall be released officially on 18 March 2008.
It was pushed back due to all the usual reasons- timing, proper promo, etc. Mostly it was just to get past the holidays.
It will more than likely be available on the new Committee To Keep Music Evil website about a month before the release, as well as the new vinyl 7" of "Too Much To Think About" b/w "Here It Comes" (Stone Roses cover) as well as a secret bonus track...
The brand new Committee To Keep Music evil website should be going live by the end of the month- we've all been working very hard on it. It's gonna have some cool shit on it.
The Quarter After will hopefully be heading back to the U.K. and Europe by late spring/summer!
And for all those local L.A. folks- The Quarter After will be playing our first show in a while on 18 January at Spaceland with the Pink Snowflakes, the Stevenson Ranch Davidians, and the Rocking Horse People. It's a Friday night and should be a decent enough time....
